Our Process

Here’s How & Why We Do Things A Little Differently…

Unlike 99% Of Marketing Agencies...

We Don't Make Assumptions About Your Business...

Here's the exact process we use to determine with certainty, what will work in your funnel vs what won't. We base ourselves off of data and metrics to make informed decisions moving forward.

That's Why, Every Single Funnel Build Begins With This:

Phase #1 - The Strategy

This is a crucial step before working together.

Instead of making assumptions about your business, we take a deep look at your current offers, your market, your sales and figure out what's not working as it should.

Let's be completely candid. Without a clear roadmap or 'blueprint', you could be dabbling for months (if not years).

That's why this is a non-negotiable step that we implement with all of our clients and even our own funnels.

Researching deeply and defining the correct strategy before you begin building a funnel is crucial for its success for several reasons:

  • Understanding the target audience: Research allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your target audience, including their pain points, goals, and motivators. This information can then be used to create a tailored and effective funnel strategy.
  • Identifying the customer journey: By defining a strategy, you can identify key points in the customer journey, such as awareness, consideration, and decision stages. This allows you to create a funnel that is tailored to the specific needs of each stage, resulting in a more effective conversion process.
  • Setting clear goals: Research and strategy can help you to set clear and measurable goals for your funnel, such as increasing sales or generating leads. This allows you to track the performance of your funnel and make any necessary adjustments.
  • Optimizing conversions: Research and strategy can help you to identify areas of the funnel where conversions are low, and then make changes to optimize the conversion rate.
  • Developing effective messaging: Research can help you to identify the most effective messaging and positioning for your products or services, and strategy can help you to develop messaging that resonates with your target audience and moves them through the funnel.
  • Identifying the right channels: Research can help you to identify the best channels to reach your target audience, such as social media, email, or paid advertising, and strategy can help you to develop an effective funnel that leverages those channels.
  • Cost-effective: By doing research and defining a strategy before building a funnel, you can avoid costly mistakes and ensure that your resources are being used effectively.
  • Absolute clarity before execution: Having a clear action plan will not only make everything simpler and faster to execute, but it will also reduce errors, time wasters and having to tweak the process due to careless implementation.

Once we have the right strategy in place, It's Time for:

Phase #2 - The System

Familiar with "If you build it, they will come"?

This is one of the greatest myths of all time. Having a good 'funnel' let alone a good service does not mean ANYTHING to the market. Nobody cares until they've bought.

And how much money a business makes is not correlated to the quality of the delivery but the level of marketing they have to promote and sell it. So how do you level up your marketing to promote and sell what you have to offer?

By mastering 2 numbers (CPA vs ACV) and becoming the business that can spend the most to acquire a customer.

Ultimately, building the sales funnel is not as easy as it seems for several reasons:

  • Complexity of the process: Building an effective sales funnel involves a number of different stages and elements, such as lead magnets, landing pages, email sequences, and upsells. It requires a deep understanding of the customer journey and how to optimize each stage to maximize conversions.
  • Resources: Building an effective sales funnel can require significant resources, including time, money, and expertise. It can be challenging for businesses to find the right balance between investing in the necessary resources and keeping costs under control.
  • Leverage email marketing: Use email marketing to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive sales by segmenting your list and sending targeted messages based on the customer's behavior and stage in the funnel.
  • Upsell and cross-sell: Increase the value of each customer by offering relevant upsells and cross-sells at the appropriate point in the funnel.
  • Building a funnel is NOT designing a site: there is a big difference between adding text & images to a site vs creating an automated system that sells for you (profitably) 24/7.
  • Personalization: Every business is unique, and each target audience has different needs and pain points. This means that a one-size-fits-all approach to sales funnel building is not effective, and that each funnel must be tailored to the specific needs of the business and target audience.
  • Integration: Sales funnels often involve integrating with different platforms and technologies, such as email marketing software, payment processors, and CRM systems. This can be a technical and time-consuming process that requires a deep understanding of the different platforms and technologies involved.
  • Optimize your funnels for mobile devices: Make sure your sales funnels are optimized for mobile devices, since many people access the internet through their smartphones.

However, A Converting Funnel Isn't Before Implementing This:

Phase #3 - The Scaling

There's also an utterly big difference between a simple converting funnel and a funnel that still converts at scale.

Upon testing & tweaking the systems to make sure it is working, we begin focusing on scaling to make sure it sustains growth without breaking any of the systems apart.

More specifically, we expand our targeting reach, widen our market audience in terms of levels of awareness, temperature and also across platforms to get more visibility.

True profitable scaling involves multiple things and that's why we take care of these:

  • Using retargeting: The power of 'remarketing' to reach out to the people who have left your funnel and didn't convert.
  • Measuring and analyzing: Continuously tracking and analyzing funnel performance to understand which elements are working and which need improvement.
  • Using Referral Marketing: we leverage the power of word of mouth and leverage your existing customer base to bring in more customers.
  • Constant evolution: The digital marketing landscape is constantly evolving, and new technologies, platforms, and strategies are continuously emerging. This means that building an effective sales funnel requires staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Optimizing conversion rates: Continuously testing and optimizing different elements of the funnel, such as headlines, calls to action, and pricing, to improve conversion rates.
  • Recouping shadow sales traffic: building brand long term in order to maximize all the marketing efforts. Particularly through funnel stacking & a funnel hub.
  • Increasing ad spend & traffic volume: We generate more leads by increasing traffic to the funnel through various channels such as social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Testing and optimization: Building an effective sales funnel requires ongoing testing and optimization to identify areas where conversions are low, and making adjustments to improve the overall performance of the funnel.
